These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the gb997 platform and its users ("Members"). gb997 ("We", "us" or "Platform") refers to the https://gb997.co website and its associated mobile application.

"Member" refers to any person who has registered on gb997 or is using the platform. "Betting" refers to participation in Sports, eSports, casino games, or any activity involving real money.

• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support@gb997.co immediately.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• It is advisable not to log in to your account over public Wi-Fi.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other person.

Gb997 will never ask for your password by email or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be gb997 and requests your details, it is a scam — please report it to our support team.

Deposits and withdrawals on gb997 are simple, fast, and secure. However, certain rules must be followed:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If yours hasn't appeared within 30 minutes, please contact support.

The following rules apply when placing bets on gb997 and are enforced equally for all members:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• gb997 reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds due to technical errors.
• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is placed are final.
• If an event is cancelled, your bet amount will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or any attempt to gain unfair advantage is detected, the account will be closed.
• gb997's betting decisions are final and binding.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at your own discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gb997. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure, and all funds may be forfeited:

• Using system hacks or fraudulent software.
• Attempting to harass or cause harm to other members.
• Intentionally exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in gb997's system or odds.

Gb997 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the member requests account closure themselves.

To close your account, email support@gb997.co. Please withdraw all eligible balances before the account is closed.

Gb997 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform.
• The date of any changes will be updated at the top of this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with any changes, you have the option to close your account.
